Chocolate Covered Strawberry Mini Cake

Two layers of chocolate cake frosted inside and out with strawberry buttercream. Cake topped with strawberry swirls, fresh strawberries and ganache drip. 4” tall, a smaller personal serving size.

Buttery crust tarts filled with house made dulce de leche and roasted bananas. Topped with fluffy whipped cream and topped with torched sugared bananas. Perfect size to share between two people.

Flourless Chocolate Single Layer Cake

This unique single layer cake is shaped like a torte and is extremely rich. It is flourless so it is also gluten-free. It does contain almond flour, so it is not nut-free. The cake is topped with fresh berries from the farmers market and dusted with icing sugar. It serves 8-10 guest and can be stored at room temperature.
